Parents and guardians are requested to co-operate with the School authorities in maintaining regularity and discipline, by seeing that their children prepare their lessons and take an active part in all School activities that result in the all-round development of their children.
It is mandatory that even on revision holidays for higher classes, students come to school wearing the correct school uniform. The Uniform must be clean and ironed. Personal hygiene and neatness are expected at all times. Hair must be neatly cut / pinned / plaited and combed. Nails must be kept clean and short. Failure to comply with will result in strict disciplinary action.
Thrice a year, in the month of June, November and January, an Open Day will be held to enable the parents to meet the teachers and collect the progress cards, also to discuss their child’s behaviour and progress.
Parents, guardians or other persons are not allowed to enter the classroom. They are not allowed to speak to students or meet the teachers during class hours.
If any parent or guardian needs to meet any teacher they may do so with prior appointment and the approval of the Principal / Vice-Principal / Co-ordinator.
The School Diary should be brought to school everyday. Parents are hereby informed that occasional reports from the teachers are written in the School Dairy, which should be signed as a proof that they have been read. Failure to do so may put their children to great inconvenience.
Those parents who drop their children to school are requested to take them home by 1.45 p.m. The School cannot be held responsible for the children, before or after School hours.
Parents and guardians are requested to notify the Principal of any change in their address, phone numbers & Civil ID.
When communicating with the Principal, the full name of the child together with the class and section should be stated.
Parents should not send their children to School if they are medically unfit, or until the isolation period (14 days) has elapsed, in case of infectious diseases like measles, mumps and chicken-pox.
The School administration reserves the right to send a child back home if considered medically unfit, with the request the he/she does not attend School till a specified date.
Parents will not be allowed into the School premises after the first bell at 7:25 a.m.
While media is a boon it is also a bane if misused. Parents therefore are to be vigilant regarding internet usage of their ward.
Parents should never criticize the teachers in the presence of the child. On the contrary, they should see that their child respects the teacher. If there is any reason for dissatisfaction, regarding a teacher, parents are requested to discuss it with Principal. The Unhealthy criticism will only undo at home what we are trying to build in the school and hinder the child’s development.
